Shipping Policy – Studio Two Eleven

Studio Two Eleven primarily provides architectural and design services. However, in cases where physical materials, design models, or other products are shipped to clients, the following shipping policy applies.

Shipping Policy - the basics

1. Processing Time

  • Orders for physical materials (such as models, drawings, or sample materials) are typically processed within 3 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Custom or large-scale orders may require additional processing time, which will be communicated to the client.
     

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

  • We use reliable courier services such as [DHL, FedEx, UPS, or Local Carriers] for domestic and international deliveries.

  • Estimated delivery times:

    • Domestic Shipping: 3-4 business days

    • International Shipping: 7-10 business days (depending on destination and customs clearance)

  • Delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances, including weather, customs delays, or carrier issues.
     

3. Shipping Fees

  • Shipping fees vary based on the destination, package weight, and shipping method.

  • Clients will receive a shipping cost estimate before finalizing their order.

  • Any additional customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the recipient.
     

4. Order Tracking

  • Once an order has been shipped, clients will receive a tracking number via email.

  • Studio Two Eleven is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.
     

5. Damaged or Lost Shipments

  • If an item arrives damaged, clients must report it within 7 days of receipt, providing photos of the damage for assessment.

  • If a shipment is lost in transit, we will assist in tracking the package and, if necessary, issue a replacement or refund, depending on the circumstances.
     

6. Returns & Refunds

  • Due to the custom nature of our products, returns and refunds are not accepted unless there is a defect or shipping damage.

  • Clients must notify us within 7 days of delivery if an issue arises.
